This tool converts a "recruiter" link from HR Manager into a "candidate" link.
A "recruiter" link is only visible for users who are logged in and has access to create job postings etc.
A "candidate" link is visible to everyone. It is the public link that can be shared, so anybody can view the job posting.
You can just copy your "recruiter" link into the first box, and click "Fix". The application will then build a working "candidate" link, and copy it to the clipboard.
Under "Advanced" you can enter part or all of the information manually. To create a valid link, You need at least the ID of the job posting ("ProjectId") and know either the "DepartmentId" or have a working public link ("candidate" link).

If you have a public link ("candidate" link) to a job posting, you can use it as a template. You will need to get the ID of the job posting ("ProjectId"), but the working link can fill out the rest.
Finally, you can create a complete "candidate" link, if you have the recruiter link for the new posting, and a candidate link for a previous job posting. Just paste the old candidate link it into the last box, and add either your "recruiter" link in the top box or a ProjectID.
